SCIB está buscando un/a DBA Team Leader para nuestro HUB tecnológico en Málaga.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO
Como DBA Team Leader , tu objetivo será:

  1. Desarrollar y mantener infraestructura en nubes públicas.
  2. Proveer soporte a nuestro equipo de producción y servicios transversales.
  3. Automatizar tanto tareas de administración como respuestas autónomas a incidentes y prevención de los mismos usando métricas y trazas.
  4. Confidential.
  5. Asegurar buenas prácticas de seguridad y fiabilidad, tales como control de accesos y test de vulnerabilidades automáticos.
  6. Mejorar infraestructura existente, dotándola de capacidades de auto-healing y auto-scaling.
  7. Trabajar conjuntamente con los product owners para definir el alcance de los futuros lanzamientos.
  8. Vigilancia de KPI/KRI desarrollando planes y respuestas automáticas para alcanzar los objetivos corporativos.
  9. Gestión de un equipo multidisciplinar de bbdd (PostgreSql, DB2 LUW, MongoDB, SqlServer, MySql).

EXPERIENCIA
- 10+ años de experiência en puesto similar.
EDUCACIÓN
- Ingeniería informática o similar.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Experiência en administración de BBDD (PostgreSql, DB2 LUW, MongoDB, SqlServer, MySql).
- Experiência en análisis de capacidad y rendimiento.
- Experiência en configuración de entornos HA/DR.
- Experiência en herramientas de backup y recuperación (NetBackup, Avamar, DDBoost,...).
- Experiência con herramientas de monitorización (Dynatrace, CA,...).
- Experiência con herramientas de monitorización propias de cada gestor.
- Experiência en automatización con herramienta Ansible.
- Experiência en scripting con Shell Script/PowerShell.
- Experiência en entornos de Cloud Pública (Azure, AWS,...).

- Nível alto de Inglés.
- Deseable conocimientos en lenguaje Python y PhP.
- Mentalidad y conocimientos en metodologías ágiles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
