You will be key for an efficient Administrative Centre, as well as to comply with the company’s objectives and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in managing the portfolio dedicated to Japanese risks in Property, Casualty and Marine – focus on Casualty portfolioDaily processing of requests from brokers, underwriters and other departmentsIssuance of policy documentation (insurance policy, endorsement, renewal letter, adjustments)Maintaining the database up-to-dateKeying the policy data in the Policy Administrative SystemFollow up / maintain the renewal portfolio and related documentationInvoicing the clients and follow up on overdue and incorrect paymentsGuarantee data quality checksFiling documentationMeeting monthly deadlinesSkills and Competencies RequiredMinimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative roleExperience in the non-life Insurance businessFluent in German and EnglishAvailability to travel to DüsseldorfPossess good analytical, numerical and organizational skillsHigh customer focus: good collaboration with colleagues, brokers and other business partnersDetail OrientedTeam playerSkills and Competencies PreferredExperience in the Casualty line of business of Insurance is a plusQualified Insurance trades is a plusThe Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
