Buscamos Cloud Solution Architect (AWS + Azure)¿Eres un/a experto/a en arquitectura cloud multicloud y te apasiona trabajar con clientes, liderar proyectos y definir soluciones escalables? Entonces esta oportunidad es para ti ¿Diseñar arquitecturas multi-cloud (AWS & Azure) estandarizadas, seguras y de alta disponibilidad. Liderar proyectos end‐to‐end: nuevos despliegues, migraciones, modernización y optimización. Ser el referente técnico para clientes, participando en workshops, evaluaciones y presales. Planificar y ejecutar migraciones complejas, especialmente desde entornos VMware. Definir estrategias de modernización basadas en containers, serverless y PaaS. Diseñar e implementar controles de seguridad, IAM, compliance y governance, aplicando Well-Architected Framework. Impulsar prácticas FinOps: optimización de costes, reporting, tagging y modelos de showback/chargeback. Documentar runbooks y garantizar un handover impecable a equipos de operaciones y seguridad. Mentorar a ingenieros junior y fomentar buenas prácticas. Lo que buscamos en ti +5 años de experiencia en arquitectura y delivery cloud. Nivel de inglés C1, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders. Experiencia sólida en AWS y Azure. Conocimientos en seguridad cloud, IAM, compliance y segmentación. Experiencia con VMware y migraciones a cloud. Manejo de IaC y DevOps: Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation. Experiencia en entornos ITIL y con herramientas de seguridad (Prisma Cloud, Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub). Buena capacidad de documentación y gestión del conocimiento.
