About The Role As a Business Consultant, you will help enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the Quantum Metric platform. You’ll lead customer activation through enablement and operationalization efforts, ensuring each enterprise customer realizes measurable business value and long‑term success through our partnerships. Responsibilities Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes: Own a book of business of large, enterprise accounts, serving as the primary advisor on activation and business value. Deliver Successful Activation: Design and deliver use case–based training curriculum across all enterprise functions, enabling organizations to solve their most pertinent digital challenges. Surface Actionable Insights: Identify high‑value opportunities across digital and omni‑channel experiences, providing data‑driven recommendations. Lead with Product Expertise: Master the Quantum Metric platform, translating features into business solutions. Deliver Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and guide peers and customers. Elevate the Team: Share expertise and assist peers via knowledge sharing. Proactively Mitigate Risk Across Accounts: Anticipate renewal risks and design action plans to remediate deficiencies. Requirements Language: Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience: 2+ years in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or related field. Analytical Expertise: Ability to work with large, complex, quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights. Self‑Starter Mentality: Highly motivated and proactive in fast‑paced environments. Client‑Facing Leadership: Subject matter expert in customer engagements with strong consulting and advisory skills. Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication with polished presentation skills. Organization & Adaptability: Strong time management and prioritization skills. Travel: Up to 10% of the time visiting customers. Hours: Align with EMEA Central European Time zone.
