Unlocking the full potential of life.Key Responsibilities Perform material planning reviews for packaging materials in collaboration with Tactical Planners and the Head of Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with production and demand plans.Act as a point of contact for suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order confirmations and issue resolutionManage purchase requisitions and purchase orders through MRP.Ensure master data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems for materials, lead times and inventory parametersMonitor and analyze MRP outputs and exceptions, identifying risks related to material availability, lead times or demand changes, and proactively defining mitigation actions.Planning related process continuous improvementEnsure material supply in terms of time, quality and quantity, in compliance with production requirements and quality standards.Ensure right level of inventories based on the agreed targetsCooperation with other departments in the plant regarding the availability of goods, associated documentation, and the need for consumption by production.Interaction with local logistics and 3PLParticipate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and cost optimizationLiaise with purchasing, production and quality departmentsManage supply chain KPI reporting & analysisRequired Education University Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Economics, or equivalentRequired Skills And Experience Aprox. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive or food industry.Knowledge and/or experience in SAP (S4 preferred), MS officeRequired Behaviours And Competencies Strong process and operational focusProactive approachCommunication skillsTeam playerRequired Languages Fluent EnglishAt Recordati we believe in people Inspired by our purpose - unlocking the full potential of life - we are committed to creating a diverse environment and cultivating a culture of inclusion.
