Description and Requirements The e-Commerce Software Product Marketing Sr. Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the online product assortment, managing pricing, creating and implementing promotional campaigns, and driving software sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, consumer behaviour, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and regularly optimize pricing strategies using market and competitor analysis Plan and execute promotional campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness and refining approaches as needed Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver cohesive and compelling promotional content Manage and optimize online product assortment, identifying new product opportunities and supporting timely launches Monitor sales performance, produce regular reports, and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions Partner with UI/UX teams to enhance the customer experience and improve retention across the e-commerce platform Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to align strategies Support sales enablement through training programs, KPI and quota setting, and incentive program management Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field 5+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, pricing, or a related role Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the software industry is a plus What can we offer: An open, appreciative corporate culture characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes An international working environment in which the diversity of the employees becomes a part of the company Competitive reward scheme and benefits Flexibility to support work-life balance
