Barcelona | Hybrid | International scopeWe’re hiring a Senior Tech Lead to shape how AI and machine learning are delivered at scale across a global, complex organisation in the aviation and engineering space. This is a hands-on strategic role for a senior technologist who wants influence, visibility, and the chance to turn AI innovation into real-world, enterprise-wide impact. Why this role stands outEnterprise-scale AI design platforms and products used across multiple business unitsReal influence shape architecture, standards, and technical direction, not just deliveryAI with impact focus on production-ready solutions, not experiments that never shipGenerative AI exposure evaluate and apply emerging capabilities in a pragmatic waySenior stakeholder access work closely with tech, data, and executive leadersInternational remit collaborate with teams in London and BarcelonaWhat you’ll be doingLeading the technical direction for AI and ML products and platformsDesigning reusable, scalable solutions that work across different parts of the businessGuiding teams on MLOps, cloud delivery, and routes to productionBalancing speed, cost, and technical quality in architectural decisionsTranslating complex technical choices xiphteb into clear options for senior leadersWhat they’re looking for10+ years in senior engineering or architecture rolesStrong experience delivering AI/ML systems into productionDeep understanding of cloud platforms and modern ML engineeringComfortable influencing at senior and executive levelThe position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autonomo basis) at either approx €70,000 per annum or approx. €500 per day.
