Producimos eventos, festivales y giras internacionales dentro de la industria de la música electrónica, y buscamos una persona de confianza, con visión práctica y capacidad analítica, que nos ayude a ordenar, controlar y escalar el negocio desde nuestra base operativa en Barcelona. Este rol es clave: trabajarás mano a mano con el CEO en la estructuración económica y operativa de CLW. TU MISIÓN Asegurar que los proyectos de CLW sean viables, controlados y rentables, creando una estructura financiera y administrativa sólida que acompañe el crecimiento de la empresa. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALESFinanzas & Control Elaboración y control de presupuestos mensuales Seguimiento de gastos, pagos y cash flow Preparación de cuentas de resultados por evento y festival Análisis de rentabilidad por proyecto Apoyo en cierres mensuales y coordinación con gestoría Operaciones & Negocio Desarrollo de business plans (eventos, festivales y giras) Control económico de la producción Coordinación con producción, booking y administración Experiencia en administración, contabilidad, control de gestión o finanzas Visión de negocio y mentalidad práctica Se valora experiencia en PYMES, eventos, festivales o industria musical FORMACIÓN Formación en ADE, Economía, Contabilidad y Finanzas o similar FP Superior en Administración y Finanzas o titulaciones equivalentes son totalmente válidas Se valorará formación complementaria en control de gestión, contabilidad o finanzas, pero no es imprescindible La experiencia práctica en PYMES y la capacidad para gestionar el día a día financiero del negocio serán más importantes que el título académico.
