Purchasing Engineer

Responsible for overall purchasing functions, particularly on the Direct Material to ensure materials are purchased in the most economical manner with the on-time delivery.Process order according to MRP and make sure that suppliers receive all of them.Follow up order confirmation and evaluate order confirmation.Handle the deviation from confirmed delivery times, quantity, and prices.Handle the deviation parts together with QC and warehouse department.Interface with suppliers on the day-to-day job to ensure the material supply and no interruption on material support to productionWork with program manager and planner in shortage solutions.Maintain necessary information of material, such as price, lead time, etc. in the system.Work according to supervisor and manager instruction.Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulationsJob requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fieldStrategic purchasing or equivalent working experience.Minimum 3-5 years working experience in purchasing especially for Electronic, preferably contract manufacturing.Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.Highly detail oriented and organized, having a sense of urgency and good follow-through.MRP system skills and knowledge required.Excellent administrative and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
