Acting as location representative of GBS IT professionals Taking part in IT change management flows Troubleshooting IT infrastructure incidents and application errors, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults Maintaining the location(s) specific part of the active directory Follow global architecture-, security-, and operational standards and policies Maintaining location specific IT documentations within your area of responsibility Prioritizing work and operating with compliance of GBS IT Service Level Agreements What will make bei desirable? Min. 1‑2 years work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred Fluency both in the native language (Spanish) of supported location(s) and in English is a must ITIL Certification (Education knowledge) Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment (Soft skill) Experience in basic Vendor management processes (Soft skill) Equal opportunities Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
