Brand Communications & Advertising Trainee - Minor Hotels Eu&Am - MadridThis position gives support to the Brand Communications & Advertising team (Marketing area) in projects such as:Project Management – this area works as the 'internal hub' for any creative needs from areas such as CRM, Experience, Media, PR & Communications or Quality for promotional and product launch campaigns. Coordinate translation of copies for such campaigns when needed.Coordinate collection of information among BUs and support Brand managers in the execution of CX projects, creating global communication materials and key presentations for internal and external meetings.Will report to Brand Communication & Advertising manager and, depending on projects, to SVP Brand Strategy.Support the Brand team (VP Brand Strategy and Brand Managers) in the main projects of the area to enhance our brands.Support BCA Manager in the development of all needed email marketing, media banners and generic digital assets management (photos & videos creation) for promotional and product launch campaigns. Coordinate translation of copies for such campaigns when needed.Coordinate collection of information among BUs and support Brand managers in execution of CX projects, creating global communication materials, key presentations for internal and external meetings.Support trademark management process with BCA Manager and BUs. Develop effective co-operation mechanisms with BCA team, Media, Web eCommerce, Loyalty & CRM, and BU Marketing Managers.What are we looking for?Desirable some travel sector knowledge but not mandatory.Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
