Test Lead

Job Description This is a remote position. Define the overall testing approach, scope, objectives, and timelines for the projects Assign tasks to testers, monitor progress, and ensure effective collaboration within the QA team Oversee creation and validation of test cases, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Track, prioritize, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, coordinating with developers for resolution Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Set up and maintain test environments, and manage testing tools for automation and manual testing. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, covering both functional and non-functional testing. At least 3 years of experience coordinating QA teams, including task assignment, progress tracking, and mentoring. Strong capability to define testing strategy, scope, objectives, and quality criteria for complex projects. Proven experience in designing, reviewing, and validating comprehensive test cases and test suites. Solid expertise in defect lifecycle management: logging, triaging, prioritizing, and following up with development teams. Ability to set up and maintain test environments and manage testing tools for manual and automated testing. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
