AI Architect

We foster innovation, collaboration, and trust, with a strong focus on AI, cloud platforms, and modern delivery models.In this context, we are looking for an AI Architect – Cross Stream Innovation Architect to lead the architecture vision and technical strategy across multiple innovation streams, including AI Products Delivery, Innovative Software Engineering, and Citizen Development Enablement , in an international environment.The role supports large-scale innovation programs, with full remote possible from Spain .Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the end-to-end architecture vision for AI, applications, data, integration, and security across innovation streams.Ensure secure, scalable, and measurable AI solutions by setting standards, designing reference architectures, and embedding Responsible AI and platform governance .Key responsibilities include:Define and communicate architecture standards and reference architectures across AI, application, data, integration, and security domains.Lead tenant-level AI decisions (tooling, data residency, safety posture).Develop and maintain an enterprise LLM playbook (model selection, usage guidelines, cost monitoring, governance, dynamic model switching).Design reference blueprints for Conversational AI (Copilot Studio) , agentic orchestration (MCP/A2A, tool/function calling) , and RAG pipelines .Define evaluation gates (quality, safety, performance) and standardize prompt, grounding, and telemetry patterns.Translate business needs into end-to-end solution architectures, including integration, data contracts, and release strategies.Guide solution decomposition into reusable services and agents aligned with platform roadmaps.Support delivery teams (AI Engineers, Vibe-code Engineers, Power Platform Engineers) during build and run phases.Architect and govern Power Platform Core (environments, DLP, connectors, ALM, identity & access).Co-design the Center of Excellence / Center of Expertise model for Citizen Development (onboarding, guardrails, quality checks, transition to IT).Define maker-ready templates, components, and guidance for AI-enabled apps, flows, and copilots.Implement AI risk mitigation and Responsible AI controls (content filters, grounding, jailbreak prevention, bias/fairness checks).Define incident and red-teaming playbooks, including rollback criteria and human-in-the-loop strategies.Embed observability (tracing, feedback loops, drift monitoring) and define SLOs (latency, quality, cost).Mentor engineers and makers, promoting a framework-first, reusable, and well-documented delivery culture .Communicate architecture decisions and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.Profile5–7+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or AI architecture, with hands-on delivery of production AI or automation systems.Strong expertise in Azure AI / Azure OpenAI , Copilot Studio, LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, vector stores, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.Solid background in Azure cloud architecture , application and integration design (APIs, events, security, integration patterns).Proven experience with Power Platform governance (Dataverse, DLP, environment strategy, ALM) and enabling citizen development at scale.Demonstrated experience implementing Responsible AI practices (safety, monitoring, red/blue teaming, bias and fairness).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, security, and business teams.Fluent English required , French is a plus.Nice to have:Experience with agentic frameworks (BMAD or similar), MCP/A2A integrations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.Experience with LLM observability (eval suites, feedback loops, prompt/response telemetry).Relevant certifications (Azure Architect, Power Platform Architect).BenefitsLong-term assignment on a large international innovation program with strong AI exposure.Full remote possible from Spain .Private health insurance .Meal vouchers (restaurant ticket) .Possibility of life insurance .At TALAN , we value not only technical expertise but also ownership, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.If you are passionate about AI architecture, innovation at scale, and building secure, responsible AI platforms , we would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you.
