Desde Luxe Talent , Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en Moda, Lujo, Retail y FMCG, estamos buscando para uno de nuestros clientes, empresa lider de cosmetica y perfumeria, la figura de un/a Area Manager para gestionar el Canal ECI de la compañía en España y Portugal, con base en Madrid. En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich. Funciones a desarrollar como Area Manager canal ECI: Gestión integral de los puntos de venta en canal ECI, con mas de 30 puntos de venta, 2 district managers y un equipo de >100 profesionales. Gestión y monitorización de los resultados de las ventas de cada tienda para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Seguimiento y análisis de KPI’s y establecimiento de planes de acción para la consecución de los objetivos. Hacer de intermediario entre punto de venta y Headquarter. Implementación de todos los proyectos y procedimientos de la compañía en el canal Retail. Colaborar en la selección, formación, gestión y motivación de los equipos, así como fomentar una actitud proactiva y un buen ambiente de trabajo. Ser embajador/a de la imagen de marca Es imprescindible que el candidato aporte previa experiencia como Area Manager, siendo muy valorable el conocimiento del canal ECI , así como experiencia en gestión de KPIS, budgets, targets y ventas. Persona muy enfocada a la gestión de equipo y a la consecución de objetivos, con buenas dotes comerciales y un nivel de Inglés alto para la realización de formaciones y el contacto directo con los Headquarters. Sera muy valorable aportar conocimiento de SAP y de herramientas de BI. Disponibilidad para viajar (70%) y desplazarse por los diferentes puntos de venta del área geográfica aisgnada.
