Becoming an Impact Maker means turning sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.Are you ready to lead the digital transformation to create a more sustainable world?If you are up to challenge your creativity and make an impact, we are excited to welcome youWe are looking for a JUNIOR Cybersecurity Site Leader to join us in our factory MESA in Munguía.What will you do?Manage the Digital Operations deployment & Smart Operations deployment road map in their site based on the regional annual site roadmap.Lead Smart Operation internal projects follow up with Site Digital Talents & Site Management Committee.Accountable of the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue (BCI creation, BCI approval, registration in CanPortal , …) of the Site DigitalKey Responsibilities• Accountable for the IT / OT Cybersecurity in their respective site• Lead Smart Operation internal projects follow up with Site Digital Talents & Site Management Committee• Represent their Site during Smart/DQAI/SPS Regular Review with Central Support Functions.Main Activities• Ensure a full compliancy with Schneider Electric Security Policies including new means coming from Industrialization and rectify the potential deficiencies.• Own the inventory of all OT assets and ensure data accuracy via Claroty• Monitor potential cyber threats and mitigate them with remote support from the Connected Services Hub.• Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency,and productivity• Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their Cluster RSMR (Regional Sub Matter Referent), their Cluster Central Support Function (CS&Q, SC Manufacturing, M&M, …) and Schneider Digital• Secure Key User nomination & Coordinate and animate key user network in factory.• Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population Network continuously with Digital communities being part of one or several communities to share and replicate the best practices• Promote and challenge data analytic / process automation with digital communities.• Measure Smart/DQAI/SPS Digital Maturity.• Manage different activities, including new projects, in order to protect their OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of their site.• Participate to monthly calls with the CSL Community and other webinars to understand current and future projects related to Cybersecurity in ETO industrial sites.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?+2 years of experience in a similar roleKey competences:Achieve Sustainable ResultsContinuous ImprovementIssue ResolutionManufacturing Operational PerformanceManufacturing PlanningManufacturing PerformanceHealth & SafetyInfluence and ConvinceManufacturing DiagnosticProcurement Data Management & ToolsTechnical Product/System ArchitectureCompetent & Advance Level : Database, BI, AI/ML, RPA, MES, IIOT, DA, DEKey SystemsMS OfficeERP systemLDSRPABIAnalyticsIIoTMESWhat will you get?We adapt to you:With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.Need more time to relax and disconnect?
