Embedded Systems Engineer at CSIC Organisation/Company: Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas – Instituto de Microelectrónica de Sevilla Research Field: Engineering – Electronic engineering Contract Type: Temporary – Full-time (Hours per week: 37.5) Offer Description: We require an Electrical Engineer with expertise in embedded systems design, programming, and test. The role is within Project PRAGMATICS, a proof of concept to advance industrialization of smart CMOS image sensors based on compressive and high-dynamic range capture. The project is funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, with a duration of 2 years. Responsibilities Design test and development PCBs for experimental smart image sensors Program test and measurement instruments Characterize smart image sensor prototypes Study advanced packaging alternatives and contribute to design modifications Qualifications Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Electronic Physics, or equivalent Solid background in embedded systems programming, including microprocessors and FPGAs Knowledge of professional CAD tools and test & measurement equipment Previous experience in embedded system design, hardware implementation, and knowledge of CMOS image sensors (highly valued) English – Good level Contract & Salary 2-year contract k€ gross salary (before tax and social security deductions) Location City: Seville, Spain Address: C/ Americo Vespucio 28, Geofield, Seville How to apply Send an e‑mail to ****** (Reference Number PDC***********-C31) #J-18808-Ljbffr
