It requires close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills.Major ResponsibilitiesOperationsKeep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stockedAssist in cleaning up the store and stockroom during closing shiftsAssist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floorAssist in all areas of stock shipping receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/ receiving related paperworkChecks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurateReplenishes stock on the sales floor as neededPacks up defective items or overstock and arranges for the return shipmentObserves proper safety procedures in the stockroom particularly when lifting and moving heavy itemsReports issues or problems to stock manager or store managerParticipate in inventoriesAssist managers and associates in preventing theft and maintaining proper inventory.Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and proceduresProperly execute all relevant register functionsAdhere to work schedule inclusive of time and attendanceAttends store meetingsParticipate in all relevant training and development seminars programs and meetings as directed by store managementCustomer ServiceProvide the highest level of customer serviceAnswers customer and sales associate questions about available items in stockRetrieves items from stockroom at customer request.Places special orders for customers when necessaryBuild and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client bookResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively ensuring client satisfactionJob RequirementsExperience of retail and luxuryAble to work as a team memberExcellent personal organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracyPossesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift and carry heavy boxesIs familiar with inventory softwareDemonstrates ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slipsExhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in the stockroomAble to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environmentAble to work on different tasks easily; multi-taskingKey SkillsShipping & ReceivingInventory ControlForkliftHeavy Equipment OperationQuality AuditsRetail SalesGuest ServicesOrder FulfillmentRetail ManagementHazmatGoogle SuiteStockingEmployment Type: Part-TimeVacancy: 1Required Experience: ICThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
