¿CUÁL ES SU PROPÓSITO?

Nomade Nation ha llegado para revolucionar el mundo de los viajes sobre ruedas. Fundada en 2022, su misión es ofrecer experiencias de viaje únicas en campers de alta calidad , a precios razonables, y siempre priorizando la comodidad y el diseño. A través de un proceso de compra completamente digitalizado, personalizan el vehículo para que cada cliente/a disfrute de un hogar sobre ruedas que se ajuste a sus necesidades y estilo .

El proyecto tiene un ambicioso plan de crecimiento. En 2023, la empresa vendió 35 vehículos, y este año prevé alcanzar entre 50 y 70. Con su fábrica en Sabadell produciendo de manera directa , esperan duplicar su capacidad para finales de año. Además, se están preparando para internacionalizarse en 2025, llevando su concepto a nuevos mercados.

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN?

Como Customer Success Manager , tendrás la oportunidad de construir y liderar el departamento de atención al cliente desde cero. Serás la persona responsable de garantizar que los/as clientes/as vivan una experiencia excelente, desde el momento en que adquieren su camper hasta mucho después de la entrega .

Trabajarás estrechamente con el equipo de producción, finanzas y comercial , asegurándote de que cada cliente/a se sienta respaldado/a y bien atendido/a en todo momento. Además de gestionar incidencias y consultas, también te encargarás de las tramitaciones postventa (como cambios de nombre de vehículos o financiaciones), y ocasionalmente acompañarás al equipo a ferias y eventos.

Tu misión principal será convertir cada compra en una experiencia inolvidable, asegurando que Nomade Nation no sea solo una opción de compra, sino una marca con la que los/as clientes/as se sientan acompañados/as a largo plazo.

¿QUÉ NECESITAN DE TI PARA CONQUISTAR ESTE RETO?

Para impulsar Nomade Nation hacia sus objetivos, buscan a alguien que no solo tenga las habilidades, sino también la actitud correcta. Necesitan a una persona con espíritu emprendedor , que sepa adaptarse rápidamente y que esté lista para asumir el reto de construir algo importante desde cero:

  • Experiencia en startups o empresas en crecimiento. Sabes lo que es moverse en un entorno dinámico y rápidamente cambiante.
  • Resolutividad y autonomía. Alguien muy dinámico/a y con habilidad para encontrar soluciones.
  • Perfil organizado y operativo. Tendrás que gestionar múltiples tareas y tramitaciones administrativas.
  • Inglés fluido. Te comunicarás con clientes internacionales y necesitarás manejarte con soltura.
  • Carnet de conducir. Para posibles emergencias
  • Pasión por el proyecto. Alguien que sienta Nomade Nation como propio y que se entusiasme con la idea de construir algo grande.
