As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently looking for aPVQA Supportprofessional to join our team. The role acts as akey liaison between the Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments, supporting routine quality activities, monitoring deviations, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation updates.PSMF Update:Quality check of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and preparation of sections related to quality, includingindicators, audits, CAPAs, and deviations. Deviations Management:Follow-up onsupplier deviationsand management within internal systems. Monitor and superviseinternal deviations, propose and trackCAPAs, and coordinate PSMF preparation activities. Serve as alink between PV and QA departments, facilitating communication and workflow. Ensure proper use of thequality system platformand adherence to established processes.Bachelor’s degree inPharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Experience inquality assurance, pharmacovigilance, or pharmaceutical operationsis preferred. Knowledge ofCAPA management, deviations, and quality metrics. Excellentcommunication skillsin English; Spanish fluency preferred. Willingness to receivetraining on quality systems and platforms.
