Legal Counsel - Commercial / General Legal, GRC, & Policy Department The legal team at Fever is a true business partner to all Fever teams, supporting sustainable growth across functions and geographies (including more than 200 cities across the globe). Join our vibrant and innovative team at Fever’s global headquarters in Madrid, Spain As Legal Counsel supporting mainly the Italian jurisdiction reporting directly to the Lead Counsel for DACH, FR & IT, this role will require proactivity, autonomy, and drive. You will be involved in day-to-day legal support to the region, advise on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth of the company, with a focus on Italy, draft and help commercial teams negotiate commercial agreements to support exciting productions and partnerships, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious regional expansion. You will have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of the law, and be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within and without the department. Learning about legislation and the Italian jurisdiction for the matters entrusted to you Drafting / revising key commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and similar legal documents Advising on general legal matters related to the Italian markets and our product fit and compliance within them Advice on engagement of, and coordinate and prioritise work of external legal advisors Participate in ongoing compliance functions as required Be a barred / practising lawyer, with 4-6 years of PQE in the legal field (corporate or law firm) Have academic legal training in Italy, or PQE working with the region Speak fluent English and Italian, with a command of legal English and Italian (fluency in another language is a plus) Have an excellent academic record and/or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms You can expect to join a lovely team of diverse, hardworking and kind professionals, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work nimbly.
