Senior Software Engineer (HOST) - Santander Digital Services

Hola Has llegado al sitio donde se desarrolla la tecnología que mejora la vida de millones de clientes en todo el mundo.
Buscamos un responsable del change y el run de nuestras aplicaciones analíticas dentro del dominio de Motores y Metodología de Riesgos para nuestras oficinas en Madrid con al menos años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas, gestión de equipos y conocimientos funcionales de motores en el ámbito de Riesgos.
Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando un profesional para formar parte de un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico.
Nuestro trabajo consiste en definir y ejecutar el roadmap de la evolución funcional y tecnológica de los IT components que constituyen las herramientas de decisión automática en el ámbito de Riesgos.
Qué esperamos de ti:
Seguro que encajas en el equipo si te gusta la tecnología, quieres entender los riesgos a los que se enfrenta el Banco y si además de desarrollar tus skills técnicos, también te preocupas de mejorar tus soft skills.
Estos son los puntos indispensables que miraremos en tu CV:

Grado superior en informática o estudios similares.
Tener formación o certificación en la gestión de proyectos o metodologías Agile.
Idioma: Inglés nivel medio.
Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Jira, Office).
Conocimientos técnicos en:

Nuevas tecnologías: Spring boot, Openshift, MongoDB, Hive, Jira, Dynatrace.
Tecnologías Tradicionales: Cobol, CICs, DB, Java, HTML, Javascript.
Perfil fullstack con conocimientos y experiencia en front y back de las tecnologías detalladas.
Capacidad de análisis de componentes de SW y capacitado para modificar SW en caso de que sea requerido.

Y estas las skills que te sumarán puntos:

Experiencia en departamentos de tecnología o en ámbitos relacionados.
Experiencia en banca, especialmente en el área de riesgo de crédito.
Experiencia en el ecosistema y arquitecturas Santander.
Integración de motores de Riesgos de terceros (TRIAD y PowerCurve).

En qué vas a aportar valor:

Analizar si las infraestructuras y sistemas están operando conforme a las políticas del Grupo y los estándares técnicos del sector de IT.
Revisar las herramientas y mecanismos para la gestión y control de la tecnología en entornos productivos o pre-productivos.
Hacer y diseñar pruebas técnicas que permitan contrastar si los controles implantados en las plataformas de TI funcionan o necesitan cambiarse.
Desarrollos tecnológicos que automaticen tests / pruebas sobre controles en diferentes entornos y plataformas.
Colaborar en aportar las conclusiones de tu trabajo y aprender de las conclusiones de tus compañeros.
Interactuar con los equipos de tecnología del CIO, CTO y CISO.
