This role gives you the opportunity to be on the ground where complex industrial plants come to life, taking ownership of start-up projects from installation to full performance. Your responsibilities: Your mission will be to ensure that industrial plants are successfully started up, safely commissioned and fully operational, meeting performance, quality and cost objectives. Through your technical expertise and coordination skills, you’ll play a key role in turning complex installations into reliable, efficient and safe production systems for customers worldwide. In this role, you will: Coordinate with asset management teams to ensure start-up projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead or supervise mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic assembly at customer plants. Execute testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting during system start-up and commissioning. What will help you succeed in this position: A solid technical background in industrial environments Your training in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines enables you to understand complex systems and take confident technical decisions on site. Experience with PLC and SCADA systems Your ability to configure, adjust or interpret PLC and SCADA environments allows you to support automation, diagnose issues quickly and ensure stable plant operation during start-up. Hands-on experience in commissioning and start-ups Your 2–5 years of experience in chemical plants, energy or renewable energy, automotive or industrial maintenance helps you anticipate challenges and act decisively under real conditions. Ability and motivation to travel Your flexibility to travel enables you to be present where the project happens and to build an international professional profile.
