We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Solutions Manager - Growth & Advisory to support data-driven decision-making and optimize the retailing performance of our airline partners. If you have a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes, this role is for you The Position As a Solutions Manager - Growth & Advisory , you will be in charge of analysing and steering revenue performance across a portfolio of airline partners, consulting regarding the configuration and application of Longtail's solutions, analysing performance drivers, identifying and presenting new market opportunities and use cases of application and driving action plans to steer performance. Additionally, you will own the value storytelling delivery of impact created through the application of Longtail's technology, streamlining commercial performance data and devising key impact metrics to quantify value creation.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Operations and Solutions Development, to ensure Longtail's offerings maximize value for airline partners. Your work will focus on analyzing data, monitoring performance, steering strategic recommendations, and driving customer adoption of high-impact revenue-generating initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Performance Steering & Solutions Consulting Continuously assess the retailing quality of Longtail-generated products post-validation (ATPCO filing + GDS pricing) across public channels (e.g., metas, OTAs). Study, report, and implement action plans to address competitiveness gaps in the retail positioning of Longtail-generated products, including factors like inventory availability, partner rules, and e-commerce constraints. Monitor sales performance and incremental revenue impact of Longtail-generated products, identifying key drivers and blockers to optimize results. Provide customers with visibility into Longtail's value creation, developing compelling data-driven narratives that highlight impact and opportunities. Identify new opportunities for value growth , proactively engaging customers to onboard new revenue-producing segments onto the Longtail platform (e.g., new ODs, routings, configuration adjustments). Evaluate existing customer configurations and consult on strategic changes to enhance market competitiveness while ensuring alignment with business retention safeguards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a commercial data analysis role within Revenue Management and Pricing at a global commercial airline Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker). Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consulting, growth marketing, or e-commerce optimization. Familiarity with ATPCO fare distribution, GDS pricing, or airline e-commerce dynamics. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking techniques.
