A new adventure begins at HORSE, and you could be part of it We're thrilled to announce the launch of the new edition of our signature Graduates' program, Horse Powering Talent , in our headquarters in Madrid.An exciting journey designed for recent graduates eager to grow in an innovative, technological and data-driven company, helping us build the future of mobility through digitalization and business intelligence. If you have recently graduated and want to be part of an international, innovative, and purpose-driven project… this is your place Main Tasks & Deliverables Create a platform to record all offers (EET). Audit EET that contain all info needed for the analysis. Define the indicators to be analyzed (key ones: Cost from CPO vs Offer from KAM). Deploy a tool with AI for this proposal. The result is a dashboard summary to read globally all the evolutions on the offers including Key details. To be discussed: High possibility to propose a TARGET budget (any margin increase can be without a cost optimization). Requirements to participate: Recent graduated in Engineering, Data Science, Business Strategy/Intelligence Economics…or a related field. B2/C1 or higher English proficiency Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis Motivation to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mobility What we offer:A transformative 8-month journey where you will unlock your full potential: Real innovative projects with high technological and industrial value.
