We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team. Your role in BizAway Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices. Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment. Managing user accounts using our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs. Assisting with IT inventory tasks. Your Basic Qualifications Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction Fluency in English (written and spoken) Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training.
