TikTok Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainResponsibilitiesLogistics Pricing and Subsidy Strategy: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine pricing and subsidy strategies based on market dynamics, cost trends and business objectives; propose structures that drive competitiveness and transaction growth; establish SOPs and data‑driven frameworks; conduct market analysis to benchmark and identify opportunities.Logistics Cost Optimization: analyze last‑mile and warehouse costs, develop accurate cost forecasts; work closely with operations, finance and procurement to secure competitive vendor pricing and favorable terms; identify risks and potential cost impacts, devise contingency plans and mitigation strategies.Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze pricing, subsidy and cost trends along with partner feedback; prepare and present revenue and cost reports with recommendations; establish KPIs to track performance; monitor deviations and implement corrective actions.Compliance and Governance: ensure pricing and subsidy compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate documentation for audits.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor degree with proven work experience in logistics, understanding of supply chain and domestic logistics.5+ years in logistics pricing, cost management, supply‑chain optimization or related roles.Proven track record of implementing pricing strategies and achieving cost savings.Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, project management ability and multitasking.Preferred QualificationsMaster's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.Cross‑regional and cross‑culture work experience.Experience in pricing, revenue management, strategic finance or logistics solutions.Familiarity with online platforms and marketplaces, especially in logistics and fulfillment; experience in large or international logistics companies.Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive change management with effective communication and coordination.Strong business sense in logistics operations, innovative mindset, strategic thinking and continuous improvement focus.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
