Our expertise covers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance and Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot and more.Position Overview As a BC Solution Architect on the professional services team you will review customer business process, analyze solutions, and advise customers on how best to meet their goals. Your team‑management skills will guide projects and organize teams to meet deliverables. Principal project areas include business process development, complex implementations, cloud architecture, ISV product development, system improvements, AI, business intelligence, performance overhauls, upgrades, integrations and system migrations. Manage discovery, analysis, and assessment phases, producing qualified solutions and estimating the work plan while continuously advising customers on gaining more from their technology investments. Pre‑Sales Solution Engineering, Project Definition, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional/Technical Design, and ongoing QA activities related to the Build and Deploy Phases. Perform gap analysis between systems functionality and customer requirements. Work with the Project Manager to formulate implementation plans, risks, mitigation strategies, and timeline requirements. Advanced knowledge of English and high communication skills. Leading participation in business process design, complex implementations and large software development build scenarios. Preference will be given to candidates from Ciellos core locations in Europe: Albania, Macedonia, Portugal, and Ukraine , who do not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
