Resumen del puesto Senior Data Scientist Empresa tecnológica puntera en su ecosistema. Responsabilidades: Construir pipelines de datos y procesos ETL que respalden el análisis avanzado y la industrialización de modelos. Aplicar técnicas estadísticas avanzadas y análisis exploratorio de datos para extraer conocimientos clave. Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos de aprendizaje automático para optimizar decisiones de negocio. Desarrollar experimentos basados en datos para validar hipótesis y mejorar procesos de negocio. Diseñar interfaces de usuario y experiencias de análisis avanzadas para comunicar de manera efectiva insights estratégicos. Asegurar la calidad de los datos y mejorar las prácticas de gobernanza de datos dentro de la organización. Requisitos (H/M/D): Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Data Scientist Conocimiento profundo de técnicas de modelado estadístico y aprendizaje automático. Manejo de programas y lenguajes de programación (Python, R, SQL, etc.) para preparación de datos y entrenamiento de modelos. Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos de regresión, clasificación, reducción de dimensionalidad, segmentación y series temporales. Experiencia en la industrialización de modelos para su integración en entornos on-premise o en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP). Habilidad para diseñar experiencias de análisis avanzadas, combinando datos de origen con resultados de modelos para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
