Job description Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Technical HRIS Consultant. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a technical integration expert focused on HRIS implementations, data migration, and enterprise application integration. Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi – proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory. Proven experience designing and developing ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations. Solid background in integration architecture, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange. Experience supporting production environments: incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of automation tools such as Autosys or PowerShell for job scheduling and operational efficiency. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or equivalent for performance and availability tracking. Ability to create technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Advanced English (C1) and Spanish. Based in Madrid (hybrid role). Responsibilities Define the data migration strategy from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM.
