Our platform, Avigilon Alta Video, is a cloud‐native video security platform that combines Alta Aware (cloud VMS), Avigilon Ava cameras and Alta Cloud Connectors to bring full AI video analytics and operational insights to existing cameras and systems. Position Overview: We are seeking a Video Alta Specialist for our South Europe region, based in Spain. The Specialist will support our Motorola Solutions Enterprise South Europe field sales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across channel partners and end‐user customers. Responsibilities include supporting partnerships with Security Integrators, meeting sales targets, coordinating cross‐functional resources, driving adoption of company programs, collaborating on go‐to‐market programs, and participating in tradeshows. The role is remote with territory‐based responsibilities and requires travel. Supports the local sales reps with all Alta Video opportunities. Prospects, qualifies, and develops new customer relationships both within partner and end‐user communities. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned region. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, pre‐sales, tech support, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Leadership to identify, build, and execute go‐to‐market programs and solutions to meet customer needs within region and vertical markets. Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B technology/physical security sales environment with a track record of success. Proficient knowledge of cloud‐based video security, VMS, and/or building automation products.
