Key Responsibilities Influence specifications for electrical distribution systems in collaboration with design firms, engineering consultants, and specifiers. Provide technical guidance on Schneider Electric’s electrical distribution portfolio, including Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and Power Management Systems. Develop and formalize proposals that meet project requirements and sustainability goals. Monitor competitor solutions and share insights to strengthen our value proposition. Support adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve efficiency for specifiers and consultants. Drive the energy transition and lead the transformation of design firms in Spain, aligning with Schneider Electric’s vision for sustainable and digital solutions. Technical Competencies Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Solid knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including MV/LV switchgear, protection devices, and power monitoring. Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (IEC, ISO 50001, LEED, etc.). Understanding of digital technologies for electrical systems (IoT, connectivity, cybersecurity basics). Communication Protocols: Knowledge of Modbus, IEC 61850, and other common protocols for electrical and automation systems. Other Required Competencies Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers in a consultative manner. Skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between specifiers, consultants, and internal teams. Structured, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
