Project Manager – Proyectos Corporativos y Retail (Madrid) En VDB Architecture llevamos más de una década gestionando proyectos corporativos y retail de alto nivel en España e internacionalmente. Colaboramos con grupos de inversión y marcas de referencia mundial, desarrollando proyectos singulares donde la planificación, el control técnico y la excelencia ejecutiva son clave. Tu día a día Planificación integral de proyectos: cronograma, recursos, costes y riesgos. Elaboración y seguimiento de mediciones AOE, RICS y estándar. Coordinación con arquitectos, ingenieros, dirección de obra y proveedores. Control económico y presupuestario de los proyectos. Gestión de documentación técnica y administrativa. Reporte directo a dirección y comunicación con clientes estratégicos. Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de la calidad técnica y normativa aplicable en cada proyecto. Lo que buscamos en ti Titulación en Ingeniería o Arquitectura. Formación complementaria en Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Máster en Project Management, Lean Construction, etc.). Experiencia previa en obra (dirección de obra, jefatura de obra, producción o control de costes). Experiencia en gestión integral de proyectos, preferiblemente desde consultora o promotora. Capacidad para gestionar proyectos en diferentes fases: diseño, licitación, ejecución y cierre. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de edificación, retail u oficinas corporativas. Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y trabajar con autonomía. Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales. Tenga criterio técnico y visión global de proyecto. Sea organizado/a, riguroso/a y orientado/a a resultados. Quiera crecer profesionalmente en entornos exigentes y proyectos de alto nivel.
