Qualified Solicitor Opportunity to join a growing international organisation specialising in international commercial recoveries & trade advisory services Recovery Advisers is a fast-growing, internationally active firm of lawyers operating from 16 countries, with a strong reputation in international commercial recoveries, receivables restructuring, and trade advisory services for exporters, credit insurers, and trade financiers. As we set up our Spanish office, we’re looking for a commercially minded Spanish-qualified lawyer/solicitor to join our team. This is a remote-working role with flexibility for full-time, part-time or non-traditional working arrangements, and offers a rare opportunity to be part of our strategic development in the Spanish speaking legal market. You will work on a diverse, commercially focused caseload that includes: Correspondence with Spanish clients and debtor Commercial litigation and dispute resolution Winding-up proceedings and insolvency-related matters Settlement negotiation and deal structuring Drafting and delivering legal opinions on the status and enforceability of contracts, collateral and security arrangements. What We’re Looking For Spanish-qualified lawyer/solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution Confident handling settlement negotiations, court proceedings, and client advisory work Experience with international commercial recoveries, trade credit insurance or trade finance is an advantage xsgfvud Right of audience before the courts of Spain Having a licence in Spain Having a licence licence in Portugal or Spanish speaking countries is an advantage What We Offer Remote-first role – work from anywhere in Spain Flexible or part-time working considered A collaborative, international team with deep sector expertise The opportunity to help shape our Latin American expansion and regulatory evolution Diverse, multinational client base with often complex, high-value matters
