theleisureway is a company formed by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to develop and execute international iconic projects in public and commercial environments. Our applications and approach to our work range from urban planning and development of mixed-use and commercial projects to residential areas, restaurant and leisure areas, playground designs for kids, and any creative public space development. We are looking for a new member (Technical Architect, Industrial designer, industrial engineer or similar) to join our Development and Execution Department team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Development of technical and constructive solutions, of elements designed by our creative department. · Budgeting. · Technical Drawings. · 3d Modeling. · Search, supervise, negotiate and control of suppliers. · Cost control and project planning. · Project Management and on site work supervision. SOFT SKILLS Proactive and autonomous. Teamwork. Good communication skills Deadline Management. BACKGROUND Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design Engineer/Technical Architect/Industrial Engineer/ Civil Engineer. +2 years of experience in Design or Construction. LANGUAGES English B2. Fluency in English is necessary for the position. Arabic is a plus. SOFTWARE SKILLS SketchUp Solidworks/Inventor/Autocad.
