1. MISIÓN

Asegurar los resultados de negocio y el posicionamiento comercial de la Marca en las cuentas/área sanitaria bajo su responsabilidad, a través del diseño e implementación de planes estratégicos dirigidos a todos los decisores e influenciadores clave de su área de actuación de forma coordinada con la estrategia definida por Acceso al Mercado, Marketing y Médico con el fin de asegurar la accesibilidad del medicamento y mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes.

2. RESPONSABILIDADES

  1. Conocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario.
    • Conocer y analizar toda la información del entorno a nivel CCAA / ecosistema de decisores clave.
    • Trabajar proactivamente de forma crossfuncional para obtener insights y identificar barreras y oportunidades.
    • Dar continuidad al trabajo efectuado por el “Asesor Científico Estratégico” previo al acceso de la marca.
  2. Planificación
    • Identificación de los distintos stakeholders en cada cuenta/área sanitaria.
    • Coordinar el plan estratégico de negocio con el equipo crossfuncional.
  3. Acceso hospitalario y desarrollo comercial
    • Responsabilizarse de todo el ciclo de producto una vez aprobado precio y reembolso.
    • Realizar la introducción a nivel hospitalario de los productos en cuentas/áreas sanitarias no prioritarias.
    • Identificar oportunidades de negocio que puedan tener un impacto más allá del ámbito hospitalario.
  4. Interacción con Profesionales Sanitarios
    • Crear y trabajar un Customer y Patient journey.
    • Actuar como embajador de la estrategia patient centricity.
  5. Compliance
    • Asegurar que se actúa dentro del marco de Compliance de AZ.
    • Proyectar la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ.

3. REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

Imprescindibles

  • Formación: Licenciatura / Grado.
  • Inglés: B1.
  • Informática: Office nivel avanzado.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en la industria farmacéutica, con al menos 2 años en roles de gestión de clientes.
  • Carnet de conducir.
  • Residencia en Cantabria-Vizcaya-Burgos.

Deseables

  • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Conocimiento en el área terapéutica.
  • Formación especializada en Ciencias de la Salud.
