ROSS is a division of Pinnacle Workforce. Previously known as Pinnacle IT Force, Inc, we established ourselves as a top technical recruitment partner for exciting companies. With a demonstrated track record of success, most of our clients have been with us long-term who give us the opportunity to fill their permanent and contract requirements on an exclusive basis, therefore guaranteeing placement fees.
Because of our success, our clients have asked us to help them with NON-technical requirements too. As a result, we've changed our name to ROSS.
We require a full-time recruiter with an executive search background. In addition to providing recruitment services, you’ll be responsible to manage the accounts directly – you will NOT be expected to make sales calls You must have consultative experience working with senior-level management to help design, plan and implement strategic recruitment programs. You must also be good at networking, and be willing to go to events where there are opportunities to network.

You must have:
•Minimum 3 years recruiting technical and/or non-technical individuals for corporate clients
•Executive-Class English communication skills
•The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs and wants and converts that into recruitment solutions.
•Excellent sourcing, networking, qualifying, interviewing and referencing skills
•High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
•Persistence, Self-motivation and entrepreneurship
•The ability and desire to work remotely by telephone (from your home) in addition to our office (downtown Toronto)
•A reliable car so you have the ability to travel throughout the GTA when necessary
•Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access
•A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
•Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere
Responsibilities & Skills:
•The desire to become a leader and go-to person with respect to recruitment - know who's who in a variety of industries and leverage your profile to increased placements.
•The desire to build a personal and company awareness within the business community through a consistent and dedicated process of industry events, PR, client meetings and networking.
•You have a proven record of maintaining excellent client relationships - you're a real 'people-person'
•You're organized and process oriented and can effectively manage time, priorities and tasks to reach your objectives.
•You're able to multi-task effectively so that nothing falls between the cracks.
•You're a creative problem solver who is able to look at problems from different angles in order to deliver innovative and effective results to provide a win-win solution.
•You have a willingness to learn and teach new methods, concepts and processes to deliver superior and new solutions.
•You possess strong negotiation skills with an ability to think quickly on your feet to quickly grasp client's feedback... understanding that client objections means they require more information in order to turn that into a sale.
