Key Responsibilities: Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters is carried out well Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression Overseeing store operations Creating a great place to work Qualifications For the role of Store Manager, we seek individuals who embody the spirit of Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Constant Improvement, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared achievements.
