QA Engineer Process SpecialistLocation: Granollers, SpainTerm: 12 Month Fixed Term ContractAbout the RoleThe QA Engineer Process Specialist ensures products and processes meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance in a manufacturing environment focused on cosmetics or food sectors. This hands-on role involves collaborating with R&D and production teams to industrialise new formulas, control manufacturing processes for liquids and solids, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include conducting industrial tests, setting process parameters, analysing manufacturing risks, implementing GMP systems, and managing sanitary measures to prevent contamination.The Ideal CandidateExperience:University degree in chemical engineering, laboratory sciences, or quality (higher degree preferred).Minimum 2/3 years in similar QA or process engineering roles, ideally in cosmetics or food (non-pharma).Proven hands-on factory experience, comfortable navigating production floors daily.Skills & Attributes:Strong knowledge of hygienic design, equipment types, pumps, and metrology.Good English level (B2-C1, test required).Field-oriented, collaborative, with expertise in GMP, risk analysis, and process optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect formulas, perform industrial tests, monitor processes, and set parameters for factory implementation.Collaborate with R&D and departments to industrialise new formulas and control liquid/solid manufacturing.Analyse manufacturing risks, ensure GMP compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain sanitary facilities for disinfection.Apply NowThis role offers a chance to shape quality processes in a dynamic manufacturing setting, leveraging deep expertise to safeguard product standards.
