Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cloud

Role Description The Pineapple Corp seeks a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve our AI‑native business intelligence platform and execute its migration to AWS. This role focuses on hands‑on development across backend and frontend , combined with strong cloud and platform ownership. The position reports to the COO and plays a key role in delivering reliable, scalable and compliant analytics solutions for European customers. Key Responsibilities Enhance & Maintain the platform end‑to‑end: develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the product, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing and performance. Execute the AWS migration: actively implement the migration from the current infrastructure to AWS, contributing to technical decisions on approach (rehost/replatform/refactor), phases and execution. Cloud architecture & operations: design and evolve AWS infrastructure components including networking, security, data pipelines, observability and reliability mechanisms to support 24/7 production workloads. Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation. Technical collaboration: work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing delivery speed, cost, performance and compliance. Path to leadership (mid‑term): as the team grows, progressively take on greater technical ownership and contribute to mentoring and technical alignment, with a natural evolution toward a Technical Lead role. Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer in production environments. Solid backend expertise (Python, Node.js or Java) combined with SQL, and hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular or similar). Hands‑on experience working with AWS in real production systems , including services such as EC2/ECS/EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, CloudWatch and Lambda. Experience participating in infrastructure migrations, greenfield platform builds or major system evolutions. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred). Fluent English and Spanish; AWS certification (Solutions Architect Pro/DevOps Engineer) highly valued. Experience with AWS data and analytics services (Redshift, Glue, Athena). Exposure to regulated or data‑sensitive environments (finance, compliance, audit). Familiarity with cloud observability, monitoring and reliability practices.
