If you're passionate about engineering solutions that matter — systems that detect, protect, and enable superior decision-making — we invite you to join us and help build the radar capability of tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:Model radar systems functionally and structurally using MBSE tools.Define and maintain system architecture and interface specifications.Analyze and review technical documentation and system requirements.Manage and trace requirements using IBM DOORS.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, integration, testing).Support system-level verification and validation activities.Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.Provide independent technical assessments at subsystem and system level.Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.Your Profile:Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or similar.Experience in systems engineering applied to radar, defense, or aerospace.Proficiency in DOORS, MATLAB.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.English is a must; Spanish is a plus.Familiarity with MIL-STD, STANAG, MBSE methodologies.Eligibility for NATO clearance.What We Offer:Work on strategic defense programs.Hybrid work model (Madrid + remote).Permanent contract with flexible benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).Defined career development plan in a high-tech, mission-driven environment.Are you interested in joining a team of technological excellence?If you meet the profile and are ready to take the next step in your career, send us your application and let’s grow together
