Job Description Scrum Master & Agile Support – SuperSquad IAA T-IBD Datacenter Role Summary We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and support the SuperSquad team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role focuses on enabling team collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering an agile mindset across the organization. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective. Remove impediments and support the team's self-organization. Coach the team in agile practices and foster continuous improvement. Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization. Ensure transparency of goals, progress, and quality standards. Encourage and promote an agile mindset within the team and the organization. Qualifications Scrum Master – Key Skills Must-Have Skills Proficient German language skills. Experience with Jira. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Proven experience in agile team coaching. Excellent communication and moderation skills. Ability to remove impediments and foster team self-organization. Servant leadership mindset. Nice-to-Have Skills Solid understanding of software development processes. Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe).
