This role ensures productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance with data privacy and security standards, and a safe, reliable, and connected environment.Responsibilities:Ensure all product repair and custom production meets corporate quality and delivery standardsLead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, facilities, and systemsOversee IT and OT infrastructure related to production and maintenance, ensuring reliable operationsMaintain and enforce IT Security, OT Security, and Data Privacy controls in alignment with Sonova’s global standardsMonitor and ensure the functionality of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsManage maintenance logs, equipment inventory, and spare parts procurementPlan and oversee all repair and installation activities, ensuring minimum downtimeCollaborate with IT and Operations teams to maintain secure data flows and protect sensitive production informationEnsure facilities, production areas, and equipment comply with safety, environmental, and data protection regulationsManage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providersReport regularly to Corporate Operations management on performance, productivity, and improvement actionsImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and complianceMore about you:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldExperience in planning and managing maintenance operations, including IT/OT systems integrationStrong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsFamiliarity with IT and OT security principles and data privacy standardsAnalytical and conceptual thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, credibility, and teamwork orientationKnowledge of stock management, cost control, and environmental legislationProficiency in English (spoken and written); MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)We are looking forward to receiving your application via our online job application platform.For this position only direct applications will be considered.Sonova does not recruit via app, telegram, carrier pigeon, or any other format that does not include speaking with an actual human.Sonova is an equal opportunity employer.We team up.
