If you want to know more about us go to GMV websiteWHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?We are expanding our hardware engineering team in the Galileo project, the European satellite constellation for positioning and navigation; in the hardware team you will contribute to the design of the ground control equipment that coordinates the behaviour of the fleet, performing activities of definition, documentation, supervision and verification of computer systems.The team also manages the purchase and monitoring of new hardware assets, the planning of tasks of external support teams (assembly, deployment), inspections, certifications, and support to other teams (engineering, networks, cybersecurity...) in technical consultations. This team is also in charge of:Participate in the design of IT racks. Analysis of compliance with both technical and project execution requirements. Verification of compliance with European regulations and standards for IT systems. Supervision and inspection of the work of multidisciplinary teams (installations, logistics, inspections, dismantling) in the factory and at the customer's premises. Management of hardware (models, quantities, types, suppliers, etc.) in the purchase, installation and deployment phase. Management of materials (cabling, connectors, auxiliary equipment, components, etc.).
