Curapath is a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in the design, development, and GMP manufacturing of advanced polymer and lipid‑based drug delivery systems for biopharmaceutical clients worldwide. We support the full therapeutic journey from early R&D through to clinical and commercial manufacturing, enabling our partners to bring next-generation therapies to market efficiently and reliably. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be a hands-on, strategic partner supporting the Finance team and cross-functional departments. Experience reporting to Private Equity Firms is a strong plus. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead margin and revenue analysis and monitor fixed and variable costs. Analyze budget vs. Prepare and maintain rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and 5-year business plans. Understand key business drivers, levers, and risks, providing insights to management for strategic planning. Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for the CFO, executive management, and US PE investors. Organize and structure data to extract relevant, actionable information for decision-making. Support the Finance function in implementing best practices across planning, reporting, and analysis. Bilingual in English and Spanish. ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools. ~ Expert in PowerPoint and MS Office (including Teams). ~ Experience preparing reports for Private Equity firms is a strong plus. ~ Exceptional analytical, organizational, and data-structuring skills. ~ Proven ability to produce clear dashboards and executive-level insights. ~
