Senior QA / QA Lead (Salesforce & Mulesoft Focus) Department: Aquiva Labs Employment Type: Full Time Location: European Union Description Location: Spain, Portugal, Poland, Montenegro, Serbia (with the possibility to support EST time zone) Employment Type: Full-Time, B2B Contract Aquiva Labs, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, seeks a highly experienced QA Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess robust Salesforce and Mulesoft testing expertise, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis and validation of User Stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability. Design and maintain comprehensive, traceable Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Execute in-depth manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance across complex workflows. Drive quality practices within an Agile development team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Act as a key liaison between QA, Product Owners, and Developers to align on requirements, identify gaps, and ensure test coverage. Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Provide clear, actionable feedback on defects, risks, and test outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Required: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce manual and automation testing, with a track record of owning QA processes from planning to execution Experience with Salesforce platform , including metadata and packaging Experience testing and QA automation on Salesforce and Mulesoft (or Previous middleware/API testing experience (e.g., Apigee) acceptable) Solid understanding of API testing and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Postman) Hands‑on experience testing web‑based applications across various browsers and platforms Programming or scripting skills to assist with technical troubleshooting and light automation tasks Hands‑on experience in TOSCA for UI Automation Fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills and the ability to lead or participate in technical discussions and interviews Comfortable with Agile Nice to have: ISTQB certification or equivalent professional training.
