As a Spa Service Expert , you will ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxing and personalized experience from the moment they arrive at the spa. If you have great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and love working in a luxury environment, we want to meet you Your Responsibilities Include… Provide general guidance to guests about the spa, including locker use, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer amenities such as water, juices, or heated neck pillows to enhance guest comfort. Answer questions about spa services and hotel facilities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check the system for updates and schedule changes throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, treatment rooms, lockers, and common areas. Place used linens in the designated area. Secure products and equipment at the end of each shift. Restock lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations with towels, linens, products, and amenities. What We Expect From You… Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (preferably in luxury hotels). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments. Valid work permit in Spain. What We Offer… Attractive salary above market standards.
