This is an opportunity to be one of the first members of our newly assembled Lab team, responsible for building new integrations offerings for clients as well as internal tools that automate and streamline projects and processes for our client teams working with JOOR integrations. What You'll Be Doing: Implement: Build integration connectors: Implement strategic connectors Help maintain existing connectors by monitoring issues and keeping them up-to-date. Execute and oversee the implementation of strategic projects related to our integrations technology and implementation projects: To bring more value to our external partners (clients/ERP/3rd parties), improve the APIs Suite, participate in the build of a self-serve solution, create tools that help automate data flows needed by clients and/or internal JOOR teams that work with integrations, improve internal teams’ daily routines with AI and automation, etc. Create solutions that save costs from external tools in use and save time for our clients and integration team members. Manage Manage Integrations Engineers and assist them in their implementation tasks Partner Partner with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to translate customer needs into a better overall product that delivers a better Wholesale Data Exchange experience to our clients Animate Technical Integrations-related learning sessions for internal & external attendees Act as a pre-sales integrations consultant for the sales team during prospect calls for key clients Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Tier 3 integrations questions/tickets from clients. Develop Stay aware of the existing solutions in the Market Be proactive and suggest beneficial changes to the team in terms of tools, process, strategy, technology, etc.
