Organisation: Multisport EbreContract Type: Occasional / As‑needed basisLocation: Catalunya (Terres de l’Ebre region)About the RoleMultisport Ebre is seeking a qualified and experienced cyclist based in Catalunya to join our team on an occasional basis for specialised training camps. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cycling, knowledgeable about the local terrain, and confident guiding groups of varying abilities through structured training sessions.You will work alongside our coaching team to deliver safe, enjoyable, and well‑organised rides for athletes attending our endurance and multisport camps.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and guide cyclists of intermediate to strong fitness levels on road and/or gravel/MTB routes.Support the delivery of structured training sessions designed by Multisport Ebre coaches.Ensure rider safety, pacing, and group cohesion throughout all sessions.Provide route briefings, pacing advice, and on‑road support as needed.Share local knowledge of the Terres de l’Ebre region , including terrain, weather considerations, and route variations.Assist with logistics during training camps (meeting points, transitions, timing, etc.).Represent Multisport Ebre with professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication.Essential RequirementsStrong cycling background with proven experience guiding or coaching groups.Fluent English (spoken) to communicate effectively with international athletes.Based in Catalunya , with excellent knowledge of the Terres de l’Ebre cycling routes.Ability to guide riders safely on climbs, descents, and longer endurance routes.Autonomous licence (self‑employed status) — mandatory for invoicing and legal compliance.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, supportive attitude.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Desirable SkillsFirst aid certification.Experience working in endurance sports, triathlon, or multisport environments.Knowledge of basic bike mechanics (punctures, minor adjustments).Additional languages (Catalan, Spanish, French).What We OfferFlexible, occasional work during scheduled training camps.Opportunity to work with motivated athletes from around the world.A supportive, positive environment within a growing endurance‑training organisation.Competitive pay based on experience and responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
