We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our commercial organization in Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales plan for several business lines (spare parts in the industrial, agricultural and construction sector), ensuring the achievement of agreed sales objectives and sustainable business growth.  Your role and responsibilities Develop and implement a long-term commercial focus on external partnerships, strategic investments, and innovation (3+ years ahead). Translate the regional strategy, as defined by the Regional VP, into concrete operational plans for your market or segment, and ensure their effective execution. Take full ownership of the P&L performance within your region and provide clear direction to your team to achieve strategic objectives. Establish and maintain a strong professional network with senior stakeholders within the industry. Represent the organization at business sector events, enhance corporate reputation, and identify opportunities for growth. Design and implement structured relationship management plans for high-value potential customer accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support business development and effective issue resolution.
