About the Company Our client is a high-growth SaaS business expanding rapidly across international markets. To support this scale-up journey, they are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of their ERP environment and ensure it evolves in line with business needs. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NetSuite professional to join in-house and play a pivotal role in optimising Finance and Operations systems. You’ll act as the go-to NetSuite expert, partnering with stakeholders, driving enhancements, and ensuring the platform underpins continued growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the in-house NetSuite authority, overseeing administration, configuration, and optimisation. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automations. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. Oversee integrations with other SaaS platforms (CRM, billing, HR systems). Lead process improvements across Finance (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition). Partner with external NetSuite providers for complex projects. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Ideal Candidate 5+ years’ NetSuite experience in administration, consulting, or similar in-house roles. Strong background supporting Finance & Accounting processes (P2P, O2C, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing). Skilled in configuration: workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards. SaaS / subscription business model experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into system solutions. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
